Posters and presentations
Posters and presentations are accepted only in English as we want all participants to be able to understand the presented information.
Conference posters are recommended to be in A0 format but we also accept smaller dimensions.
Presentations should last for up to 12 minutes with additional 3 minutes for questions and discussion.

Our conference does not provide accomodation.

It is located quite close to the Campus, and the
